VLCA Community Kitchen
<p><strong>Welcome to the VCLA Community Kitchen — a well-loved, fully equipped commercial space in the heart of our learning hub.</strong><br>Our kitchen is a busy place during the day, preparing free daily lunches and hosting our weekly community supper. Because of this, the space is generally available <strong>weekday evenings and weekends</strong>, making it ideal for small food businesses, caterers, bakers, or community food initiatives looking for flexible off-peak hours.</p><p>This is an <strong>inspected, commercial kitchen</strong> equipped with everything you need for production: a <strong>six-burner stove with a large integrated frying surface</strong>, a <strong>double-door oven</strong>, an <strong>industrial mixer</strong>, and a <strong>commercial sanitizer</strong>, along with ample counter space and room to work comfortably.</p><p>At VCLA, food is part of how we learn together, care for one another, and strengthen community. Renting our kitchen helps support local food entrepreneurs and creators while contributing to programming that nourishes our learners and neighbours.
