Executive Summary

# Farmers’ Markets of Nova Scotia Internship (2021) Before Food Web officially launched in 2023, Justin completed an internship with the Farmers’ Markets of Nova Scotia (FMNS) to investigate how small food entrepreneurs could access commercial kitchens and scale their market-based businesses.
